This reimagined document is part of the Democracy of the Land project, which explores the effects of colonization on the Mashpee Wampanoag Nation and indigenous peoples of the Americas, and examines the intersection of race, class, gender, and the environment– past, present and future.
We also commemorate the centennial of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote.
